Free Initial phone consultation
We provide a free telephone consultation to talk through your therapy needs and to check that occupational therapy is right for you. We will determine the most suitable assessment for you and provide you with a quote for assessment costs. We aim to respond to any enquiries within 24 hours.

Initial Assessment
We offer a number of assessment packages. Our costs vary depending on the travel costs and complexity. Following assessment, we then provide a comprehensive report, detailing main issues, goals and therapy recommendations. We also give you an outline of treatment costs and anticipated time frame for therapy.

Treatment Sessions / Follow Up
Clear treatment recommendations will have been made following assessment and these will relate to therapy treatment sessions. Treatment can be flexible to meet your needs and we will ask you to agree any treatment before it proceeds.

Typically, an initial assessment may last from 1 - 2 hours depending on the complexity and this can be at a location of your choice. However, for your own comfort and to allow us to gain an insight into any daily challenges, a home assessment is usually preferable.

We will then be able to devise a bespoke treatment plan for you and provide recommendations. Treatment sessions can vary in length depending on a client’s goals and the focus of therapy session, usually this will be an hour, but sessions can vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

The number of treatment sessions will also vary from person to person and this will be outlined following your initial assessment. Additional assessments may be required and joint therapy sessions with equipment representatives or other therapy professionals recommended.

Occupational therapy is a 3 year degree course and all of our therapists have been qualified over 10 years and have been selected for their specialist skills and professionalism.

All our therapists are registered with the health and care professions council (HCPC) and are members of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and specialist sections.

They have enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) clearance and adhere to information governance as outlined with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Our professional indemnity insurance is provided by Balens.
